How long will my order take?
Most items are made to order. DTG and laser items are typically ready in 7–10 business days. Embroidery orders take 10–14 business days. Full details can be found on our Turnaround Time page.

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We love custom orders. From personalized apparel to team and school spirit items, you can start a custom order through our Custom Order page or contact us directly.

Can I rush my order?
Rush options may be available depending on the item and current workload. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available, it will be shown as an option at checkout.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because most items are custom and made to order, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Color availability varies by brand and size. Screen colors may appear slightly different in person.

If a selected color is unavailable due to stock issues, a comparable brand or shade will be substituted whenever possible.
